October, 2023　“TORIKAZE Shanghai” OPEN

We are pleased to announce the opening of “TORIKAZE Shanghai”, our first restaurant in Asia, in the historical Blackstone area of Shanghai, China.
This project was started with Torishiki owner, Yoshiteru Ikegawa’s wish to “Introduce Japanese yakitori culture to people from around the world”.
And from there, craftsmen, who have completed their training at Torishiki ICHIMON will now be breathing a new life into yakitori in Shanghai, China.

We look forward to a wonderful experience with our customers, by providing the finest yakitori and hospitality using carefully selected local ingredients.
