February 2023 Meguro Tori Kado OPEN

Meguro Torishiki is a sacred place for yakitori. The restaurant is now open as a dojo on the days it is closed.
The apprentices of Yoshiteru Ikegawa, the general manager of TORISHIKI ICHIMON, will stand at the grill on different days to learn yakitori techniques and customer service.
The dream of a craftsman is given shape, and the culture and techniques of yakitori are passed on to the next generation.
