In 2017, he met Yoshiteru Ikegawa and honed his
skills across
various regions of Japan.
In 2025, he opened Sumibiyaki Arashi in Vancouver.
Building on the foundation of Japanese culinary
techniques, he has developed a distinctive charcoal
grilling style that blends diverse
cooking methods.
With sincere craftsmanship, a warm personality, and

passion, he continues to win the hearts
