Torishiki ICHIMON master chef, Yoshiteru
Ikegawa opened “Torishiki” in 2007 after his apprenticeship. Before becoming a chef, he had worked as a “salaryman.”
As time passed, the number of chefs and restaurants that inherited his spirit increased. And “Torishiki ICHIMON” was established in 2023, in order to further develop Yakitori culture.
Our chefs work hard every day with a desire to impress the world with Yakitori.
